With a rich background steeped in the heartland of America, I bring a comprehensive and holistic approach to the field of bodywork and holistic healing. Born and raised amidst the natural splendor of Oklahoma and western Colorado, I developed an early appreciation for the healing power of nature and the importance of a community-driven mindset. This foundation laid the groundwork for a career dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through manual therapies.

In 2018, I moved to the historic and picturesque city of Charleston, where I began directing the massage program at Southeastern College. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and a commitment to excellence in education, I now serve as the Department Chair across the massage programs at five Southeastern College locations. Holding a BA in Psychology from Keiser University, a certification in massage therapy, and a certification in small business administration, I am currently advancing my expertise through pursuing an MA in Somatic Psychology, further bridging the gap between mind and body healing.

A 2012 graduate of the Technical College of the Rockies, I received comprehensive training in a variety of massage modalities. Always striving to expand my skill set, I have since mastered additional techniques through rigorous study and mentorship, including Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Healing Touch, and Oncology Massage from prestigious institutes such as the Upledger Institute, Healing Beyond Borders, the Society for Oncology Massage, and the Chikly Health Institute.

My next venture focuses on the clinical integration of psychology into bodywork through the innovative modality of Somatic Psychology, and consulting for massage businesses to train and teach employers and therapists. This endeavor reflects my ongoing commitment to education, both as a student and an educator, frequently traveling to teach and share my knowledge with practitioners nationwide.

At the core of my practice is a personalized approach to care, seamlessly integrating various modalities into a comprehensive session tailored to each client's unique needs. With a passion for learning, teaching, and connecting, I seek to unlock the key to effective bodywork for every individual, aiming to facilitate holistic healing and a better quality of life for clients through the power of touch and integrative care.
