Welcome! I’m Lucas Foote, a licensed massage therapist, certified instructor of lymphatic drainage therapy, and passionate educator in the field of integrative and therapeutic bodywork. With over a decade of experience blending clinical practice and adult education, I specialize in helping people restore balance, resilience, and vitality through gentle, evidence-informed touch.

I am the owner of Foote Integrative Therapy, LLC, based in Colorado, where I offer advanced manual therapy techniques tailored to each client’s unique journey. My work draws from a broad spectrum of holistic modalities, including:

I've worked with a variety of clients in a variety of settings including children with multpile disabilities, athletic teams, chronic pain, pre/post surgery, cosmetic surgery, and complicated conditions. My approach to bodywork is patient and skilled, employing a whole-person approach.

Throughout my teaching career, I’ve developed curricula, led accreditation efforts, facilitated advisory boards, and supported hundreds of students on their path to licensure and professional practice. My students have excelled academically, with equally high satisfaction among students and employers/clients alike.

 

Academic & Professional Background

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Keiser University, where I graduated summa cum laude and conducted a senior capstone titled “Touch and Psychological Resilience.” I also hold certificates in massage therapy, small business administration, and advanced manual therapy trainings through ABMP and other national organizations.

I am a certified member and educator with ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals), and a Preferred Provider with the Society for Oncology Massage.
